A police officer Daniel Carter, making a normal night patrol, stumbles upon a lame, bloody guy on a deserted stretch of road. Carter decides to help a young person, takes him to his car, and delivers to the nearest hospital. The police officer, looking around, sees that dark, meaningful void thickens around him. However, when Carter gets inside the hospital, he finally realizes that there is a supernatural horror in the city.
Strange silhouettes by their appearance disrupt The Void. The human figures in white robes converge from all directions to the building of the hospital in which several frightened patients, medical staff and one cop barricaded. They expect an attack of unknown evil force with fear. However, to their misfortune, The Void has crept inside and infected many patients by virus of obsession. Carter’s squad decreases with each passing minute. It seems that the hero will be a completely alone very soon – The Void comes…
