Step Sisters 2017

Step Sisters is a youth dance comedy. The main character of the film is a young African-American girl named Jamilah. She is interested in dancing, but dreams of a more serious occupation in life. Her dream is to become a successful lawyer, that’s why she needs to get into one of the best law colleges of the country. It’s not so easy. Jamilah has to overcome the cultural differences and prejudices, and to join one of the women’s communities. She is taken as a choreographer. However, how does she come to an understanding with the company of flighty white girls, who think only about boys and parties? We see a lot of incidents, conflicts and funny situations throughout the film. Nevertheless, eventually the girls make friends and become like the Step Sisters to each other.
