Queen of Katwe 2016

Queen of Katwe is based on a true story. This sport biography film describes the story of young girl Phiona Mutesi. She used to sell corn in the poor, rural part of Uganda. Phiona and her family live in poverty and she believes that she is not able to change her life. But her life turns around when she find out about the chess game. Ex-soccer player becomes a volunteer trainer of chess for local children. Phiona is excited of her new occupation. Phiona gets more than just a game; she achieves a new philosophy telling her that everyone can get what he wishes. She gains ground and her trainer suggests her to represent the town on the Uganda championship.
